Pilates: Essential Level I

Pilates: Essential Level IIRegistration required. 8-week sessions. Participants must attend 8 weeks of Pilates Essential I or have instructor approval to participate in this class. Class will build on the fundamentals and challenge participants who have previous experience with Pilates.

Solar Flow Yoga
Invigorating morning yoga. Starts with a gentle warm-up, slowly progressing to more challenging poses, ending with deep relaxation. Appropriate for all levels. Must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
A class for people with special needs or for those who want to gently stretch. Chair and standing exercises comprise the first half of class, followed by more challenging exercise during the last half. The instructor will accommodate those with arthritis, chronic pain, or other conditions.
