Golf Posture CinicGood posture and strong core equals good form and good form is essential to great golf. Join expert Pilates trainer Elaine Economou in a two hour workshop that will teach you the basic prinicples of Pilates, take you through a vigorous workout designed by Stott Pilates and mastaer golf instructor Michael Hunt, lead Master Instructor of the Jim McLean Golf School, and gain insight into your own postural target areas. You will leave the workshop with information specific to strenghtening your own posture, a handout detailing the workout exercises and your own toning ball for your home practice. Note: this is not a swing workshop. The goal is to teach the principles of posture to support your golf game.
