How do I enroll my children into Kids in Motion childcare? What will it cost?
The Kids in Motion childcare area is for children 6 months through 11 years old. To enroll your children, visit our Member Service Desk to fill out the appropriate paperwork. You must fill out a Health History Questionnaire for each child and sign an enrollment form. The cost to add your children is $35/month. If you have 3 or more children, the 3rd, 4th child etc is $17.50/month. The Kids in Motion area also has a Pay per Visit option. The cost for Pay per Visit is $10/visit for the first child and $6.00/visit for additional children. (2 hour maximum).
