I would like to give my membership to my daughter, what do I need to do?
As stated in the membership contract, the Wellness Center membership is non-transferable. If your daughter still resides in the same household and is 18 years of age, you may add her to your membership. At the same time you add your daughter, you must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel your membership. This will allow your daughter to become the primary member and allows you to cancel. You can complete the changes at the member services desk.
