Michelle has enjoyed teaching yoga at the Wellness Center since it opened ten years ago. Although she has experience teaching a variety of classes, right now she most enjoys teaching gentle, restful classes that help people slow down and relax. In her own life, Michelle finds that yoga helps her stay focused and calm even when life feels just the oppostie. Michelle is the mother of two young children and a photographer. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking and backpacking.
