"I really enjoy getting emails on upcoming classes, as well as other info. I also enjoy the variety of classes offered. The Center is a great place for me to exercise, relax and take a break from my busy schedule."
Kids in Motion
The Kids in Motion program provides a safe, secure, and supervised environment for members' children six months through eleven years old while they are using the Center. Daily activities promote positive health and safety through arts and crafts, active games and special projects. The Kids in Motion program allows members' children or grandchildren to stay up to two-hours per visit, one visit per day, for a monthly fee or a two-hour visit for one daily fee.

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday & Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Summer hours)
