Directions to the Wellness Center
From I-94
- Take the Chelsea/M-52 Exit off of I-94 (Exit 159)
- Turn north on M-52 (Main Street) and drive toward Chelsea for approximately one mile to first traffic light
- At Light, turn East (right) onto Old U.S. 12
- Turn left into the South entrance of the CCH Campus
- The Wellness Center is on your left
From the North
- Drive south on M-52 (Main Street) through downtown Chelsea.
- Proceed past the North Campus Entrance, the first marked hospital campus entrance on your left
- Continue straight ahead to the Main Campus Entrance, located at the traffic light, and turn left
- Turn right on first road once in the Main Campus Entrance
- At top of hill, Wellness Center is located on right side of road
