Leg Extension             3 sets  14x12x10 reps
Leg Press                    4 sets  20x17x14x11 reps
Single Leg Roman Deadlift     3 sets 10 reps
Barbell Squat                          5 sets  14x12x10x8x6
Dumbbell Step up                  3 sets  10 reps
Hamstring Curl                                   4 sets  10 reps
Calf Raises                              3 sets  14x12x10
Bose Side Lunge                     4 sets  10 each side
