Contractors have identified that most/all of the plumbing and jets within the hot tub structure are deteriorating and have significant leaks.
Work to expose and replace the entire plumbing system within the concrete walls is expected to start the week of March 5th.
Additional testing will be completed once the main supply line is exposed to determine if additional underground issues exist.
Once they verify that no additional leaks are present, new concrete walls will be poured and the hot tub re-tiled.
Work is expected to take approximately 6 weeks.
