August 15 is National Relaxation Day! What a better way to relax than a massage, yoga class or Pilates class at the Chelsea Wellness Center. They can help lower blood pressure, relax muscle tension, reduce stress, enhance restful sleep, increase energy and vitality and increase mental alertness.
