An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Thursday, repeating until March 22, 2019
This course is for those who are already somewhat comfortable treading or swimming in deep water. The goal is to learn the freestyle from the ground up, starting with the basics: floating face down, moving up to and maintain horizontal body position, and creating forward momentum by adding the flutter kick and arm strokes. Through a series of drills we will learn to maintain a correct, streamlined body position while practicing stroke mechanics and building endurance.
