An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until January 29, 2024

One of the best methods to boost resting metabolism rate and burn calories.  This class uses intervals to elevate heart rate using both aerobic and anaerobic heartrate zones.  Increase endurance & strength.  It’s a fast and furious workout! This class is 45 minutes long.
