An event every week that begins at 5:30am on Thursday, repeating until March 22, 2019

Enjoy a group swim class with swim sets designed to work on skill, endurance, and strength. Work outs are perfect for the triathlete or individuals looking to add intensity to their swim workout.  This class accommodates various skill levels, but is intended for those with swim experience.

Registration Required. To register please visit the member services desk or call 734-214-0220.

Members: $63 for a 7 week session

Non-Members: $84 for a 7 week session
