An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

Exercises and micro-movement for gentle joint mobilization and core strengthening.  Builds torso strength and increases flexibility through a series of floor exercises.  NOTE: We advise taking Level I classes to establish an understanding prior to taking Level II classes.
