An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

This class combines the cooling practice of Yin that works to expand flexibility in deep connective tissue by holding poses for longer periods of time with the heating practice of Yang which incorporates active and dynamic poses that emphasize strength and endurance.
