A high intensity workout that covers both cardio and strength building.  Increase your core strength, endurance and power with various techniques and weights. This “Deep ” class takes place in the deep end of the LAP pool.

This class incorporates all the principles of Pilates but, adds in more advanced variations of Pilates exercises. Activate, isolate, and stabilize deep core muscles while improving posture, flexibility, balance and overall strength. Previous Pilates experience is recommended.
