“Go Further with Food” during National Nutrition Month®! This annual campaign was created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in response to the growing public interest in nutrition. Each year during the month of March, we like focus on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.
Choosing the foods you eat during each meal makes a difference in your health and fitness. Whether you’re training for a sports event or going about your daily routine, eating healthy options will fuel your mind and body so that you look and feel great.
