Your therapist will perform a personal consultation prior to the massage to design the massage that best meets your needs. The therapists’ comprehensive training covers a variety of massage styles and techniques including but not limited to Swedish massage (relaxation) and Myofascial (deep tissue), Neuromuscular, Lymphatic drainage and Sports massage. Hot Stone Therapy also available. Massage and Massage Packages are available for members and non-members.
