Pilates exercise is a form of isometric exercise developed and practiced to simultaneously stretch, strengthen, tone and align the body while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Pilates conditions the body from head to toe with a no/low-impact approach suitable for all ages and abilities.
Solo Session provides a workout designed specifically for your needs and fitness goals. You’ll continue making progress allowing for the trainer to closely monitor your form and modify your program in order to safely support and challenge you as you progress toward meeting your goals. Duet Session absorb all the benefits of a private session with the companionship and motivation of friends working with you.
Education: A.S. Hospitality Management, Washtenaw Community College. Pilates Instructor training program at MOVE fitness and Wellness.
