Personal training is available to members and non-members. All personal training is conducted through appointments that you arrange with your trainer to fit your schedule.
Receive in-depth training in a small group setting, and work toward your goals at your own pace. Sessions cost less than with private personal training.

Do you want to run but don’t know where to start? Personal trainer Christine Jarchow is here to help new runners start-up in their running experience. Build up to running using walk-run intervals and strength training exercises.
