Need a push to work on your core? Christine will take you through a series of workouts to help strengthen your back, abs, sides, and mid-section. Member $160, Non-member $200
Body Blast: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm, August 6- 29
Chet will work with 3-4 individuals to help them burn calories. You will be challenged by using body weights, resistance and cardio exercises. Member $160, Non-member $200
Past Your Plateau: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm, July 7-August 1
