Group Exercise – There are over 50 weekly group exercise classes included with membership. Most classes are drop-in, meaning no registration required. Please be courteous to other participants by arriving on time and limiting side conversations during Mind/Body classes. Please speak to one of our certified Group Exercise Instructors if you have questions about class etiquette.
Community Programs – The Chelsea Wellness Center is open to our entire community, not just members. We offer several different classes and programs, many of them for FREE! Check out the Community Programs available at the Chelsea and Dexter Wellness Centers this season.
