Join us for the Titan Challenge

Join us for a month of fun, and competitive challenges designed to test your strength, agility, and determination. Take on your favorite Chelsea Wellness Center fitness team member in exciting weekly activities for your chance at becoming a Wellness Center TITAN.

Visit the Fitness Desk each week for the weekly activity, find a TITAN on the fitness floor and prepare for battle! These 1-minute or less challenges can be modified for all fitness levels. Complete at least three weekly challenges with a fitness team member to earn your very own Wellness Center TITAN shirt. *

Week 1: May 4–10

Watch the TITAN Challenge Week 1 video before visiting the Wellness Center. Locate a Chelsea Wellness Center fitness team member wearing a TITAN shirt and see how long you can hold a wall sit up to one minute. Activity instructions and modifications available as needed.

Week 2: May 11–17

Watch the TITAN Challenge Week 2 video before visiting the Wellness Center. Locate a Chelsea Wellness Center fitness team member wearing a TITAN shirt and see how long you can hold a plank position up to one minute. Activity instructions and modifications available as needed.

Week 3: May 18–24

Watch the TITAN Challenge Week 3 video before visiting the Wellness Center. Locate a Chelsea Wellness Center fitness team member wearing a TITAN shirt and see how many box jumps or step-ups you can complete in 30 seconds. Activity instructions and modifications available as needed. 

Week 4: May 25–31

Watch the TITAN Challenge Week 4 video before visiting the Wellness Center. Locate a Chelsea Wellness Center fitness team member wearing a TITAN shirt and use a rower to see how much distance you can achieve in one minute. Activity instructions and modifications available as needed.
