An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until December 13, 2023

This athletic style class challenges the entire body.  It combines short cardio intervals and longer strength training intervals.  It is designed to help you build strength and burn fat.  Class is suitable for all levels.  Intervals are timed and you can work at your own pace.
