An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Sunday, repeating indefinitely

Experience the ideal workout to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. In this class, our LES MILLS™ certified group exercise instructors will lead you through scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.
