Keep your spirits high and your body fat low with twelve workouts to keep you fit during the holidays. Improve your fitness level with these workouts designed by fitness specialists here at the Center. Visit our blog every day until Christmas to get the latest workout.

Upper Body Workout
Complete 12-15 repetitions of each exercise with appropriate weights – repeat circuit 2-3 times
1- Hammer Curl and Press
2- Eccentric Bicep Curl
3- Dumbbell Chest Squeeze
4- Palm Forward Overhead Raise
5- 3 Point Triceps Kickback
6- Push Ups (Full or modified on knees or on wall)
