We are so excited to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education, and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Chelsea Wellness Center.

Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? MyFitRx offers 10 specialized pathways to support those with chronic conditions through expert guidance and a supportive environment. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments, and full membership access to our medically integrated Wellness Center.

During the open house, you will have the opportunity to learn more about MyFitRx and enjoy:

Event Highlights:

• Facility tours
• Learn about MyFitRx and how the program can support your health and wellness goals
• Explore our fitness services, programs, and membership offerings
• BodyScript™ demonstrations
• Complimentary blood pressure screenings
• Balance testing
• Exclusive guest access to the facility for the day
• Drawings for exciting prizes

Classes and Workshops:

• 9:00am– Gentle Yoga
• 10:00am – Seated Stretch, Strength, and Stability
• 11:45am – Chair Zumba®
• 3:30pm – Benefits of Exercise Lecture, presented by Dr. Dori Tamagne | Chelsea Wellness Center, 5HF Conference Room.
