Upper Body Reps Sets
Push Up with Plank Shoulder Taps (Lower body to floor, 10 2
push up, once up tap right shoulder with left hand,
then tap left shoulder with right hand, and repeat).
Alternating TRX High & Low Row 10 per each Row 2
Chest Press (Dumbbell or Cable Machine) 12 2
Straight Arm Pulldown 15 2
Battle Rope Slams (Slow & Controlled Slams) 10 2
#22 Seated Biceps Cable Curls 12 2
Cable Triceps Pushdown 12 2
