Lower Body Workout
Complete 12-15 repetitions of each exercise – repeat circuit 2-3 times
1- Lunge Squat (Lunge Dips) Right & Left (weights optional)
2- Goddess Squat (weights optional)
4- Lying Leg Curl / Leg Curl Machine
5- Donkey Kicks
6- Fire Hydrants (Side Leg Lifts)
