Chelsea Wellness Center is proud to announce that it received a 100% score on the Medical Fitness Association (MFA) Facility Re-Certification (originally certified in 2013). The certification process is an integral part of ensuring that facilities provide a high level of quality and safety in the programs and services that they deliver. It reflects our commitment to the highest standard for health and wellness to the community we serve.
Required standards include active and regular medical oversight, certified and degreed staff, written safety policies and procedures, disease management and prevention programs, individualized fitness screenings, measurable outcomes and a focus on improving community health. The Dexter Wellness Center earned MFA Facility Certification in 2015. The MFA Facility Certification is a recognized mark of excellence in the health and wellness industry.
