Celebrate Senior Health & Fitness Day with Us.

Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 60 and better will have FREE access to Chelsea Wellness Center. Come explore our Wellness Center, participate in group activities, and connect with other seniors in a supportive environment. Plus, seniors can save on membership with a special offer for this day only.

Membership Offer

New members who join on this day will pay no dues until July (enrollment fees do apply).

6:30 – 7:45pm – Strong Back, Soft Heart Yoga and Journaling Workshop with Holly Makimaa
Want to learn how to be grounded and feel strong yet able to open and soften your heart? Join Holly, Yoga &Trauma-informed Journaling Teacher and Somatic Life Coach in this unique hybrid yoga and journaling workshop. This class will focus on yoga poses that bring grounding and heart opening accompanied by journaling exercises that reinforce support and compassion. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and Free to the Community.
