Each class is a new challenge. The variety and enthusiasm of other members will turn exercise from a chore into a new hobby.
The combination of strength and cardiovascular training is a powerful method to build lean tissue, burn fat, and provide all around fitness for day-to-day life.
Boot Camp is very social. It’s not uncommon for you to be challenged and encouraged by those around you to work as a team to complete a goal.
We will set goals that are specific and measurable. Ask yourself why you’re doing this. Is the “why” strong enough to make it happen for you…
Share your goals and your thoughts with others. While motivating each other to push through and make it to the end of the 8 week program.
We will use many different methods and techniques. These may include circuit training, agility and team drills, TRX strap, etc. You will be left with an array of new workout options for the future.
