After starting the repair process (Wed, 1/31), the contractors realized that the issue is more extensive than we anticipated.
A variety of tests (cameras, pressure checks, audible and infrared scanning) have identified the leak to be somewhere within the spa structure itself.
The piping enclosed within the concrete wall will need to be exposed and repaired. Once the piping repairs are complete, the structure will need to be rebuild and re-tiled.
We are working diligently with contractors to complete the repairs as quickly as possible. An estimated date of completion will be provided as soon as possible.
The Dry Sauna and Steam Room have reopened and will remain open as much as possible during the Hot Tub Repairs.
